Marlon Ramirez is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Sentinel Edge Advisors. Holding a Master's Degree in Business Management and Marketing, Marlon combines academic expertise with decades of professional experience in leadership, public safety, training, and organizational development.

Throughout his career, Marlon has trained and educated thousands of professionals across the United States, delivering both in-person and virtual instruction ranging from small group workshops to large conference presentations. His experience includes leadership development, technology implementation, digital evidence management, instructor certification programs, curriculum delivery, and workforce education initiatives.

Having served in leadership roles within the public safety profession, including as a Police Sergeant, Marlon developed a deep understanding of decision-making under pressure, team leadership, communication, accountability, and conflict management. These experiences continue to shape the practical and results-oriented approach that defines every Sentinel Edge presentation and workshop.

Today, Marlon leverages that experience to help organizations strengthen leadership, improve communication, develop resilient teams, and create cultures built on trust, accountability, and performance.
